Object Description
Circa 1815, Regency mahogany and ebonized chiffonier. With 2 tiers and a three-quarter gallery to the top, the 2 tiers are held in place by turned and fluted columns. The front has one long frieze drawer fitted with a writing slope over a pair of doors with pleated yellow silk inserts, flanked by reeded pilasters and all standing on raised turned feet.
