Regency rosewood console table with marble top.

Object Description

A Regency rosewood console or side table, the grey marble top above a gilded mould , the frieze with fine quality ormolu mounts, standing on four turned columns with ormolu collars and feet, behind which is the original mirror, the breakfront plinth having gilded fluted decoration. English Regency or possibly French Empire. Circa 1820.

Object Condition

Fine original condition throughout and excellent colour and patina, the old mirror plate has some foxing.
