Circa 1815. A stylish Regency rosewood freestanding library table, the top with insert gilded, tooled green leather all banded in rosewood, the front with two frieze drawers lined in mahogany, each with a pair cast brass circular handles with stylish back plates, the back with two similar faux drawers, supported on four turned uprights resting on a platform base issuing four hipped saber legs with foliate cast brass toes with brass castors beneath, the legs are braced by an elegant turned stretcher.
