Object Description
A fine Roman gold ring featuring a D-shaped band. The band widens towards the shoulders leading to a circular bezel. A garnet inset has been placed at the centre, secured in place with gold. The bezel is enriched with a male bust facing left. The young man displays hair brushed forward into an elegant hairstyle.
