Object Description
A beautiful pair of Ancient Roman gold earrings with a delicate garnet and pearl pendant. Each earring consists of a gold hoop, with tapering ends, finishing in a hook and eye closure. A gold granule decorates the top of the clasp. A drop pendant dangles from each hoop and features a garnet inset framed by gold and is enriched with a gold granule at the bottom. From the gold bezel, a pearl bead, perforation for suspension, hangs by a gold wire, finishing the composition.
