Object Description
A translucent pale green ancient Roman glass candlestick unguentarium. The vessel displays a squat, triangular body curving out and downward to a convex base. The cylindrical neck leads to a thick, folded rim. A number of bubbles are visible on the main body as part of the production process. There is some dulling and earthy encrustations, with a small chip to the neck and a superficial crack running along the circumference of the base leading the lower section of the body.
