Object Description
An extremely fine Roman bowl from the Gandharan region moulded from silver. The vessel features a hemispherical body where the sides very slightly curve inwards towards the rim. The mouth is wide and there is a horizontal line encompassing the bowl, below the rim. The bowl sits upon a flat, concave base. There are scratches to both the interior and exterior of the cup along with minor indentations consistent with age.
