Object Description
A fine Roman bottle blown from translucent blue glass. The vessel features a globular body with a slightly concave base and a pontil mark. The sloping shoulder lead to a narrow, cylindrical neck which slightly pinches in at the bottom for easier control of pouring liquids. The neck ends in a straight, flat rim.
