Set of nine, original late 19th Century Japanese ink and watercolour paintings of lilies on washi paper by N. Uchiyama from a catalogue of Uchiyamaa Nursery, Sugamo, Tokyo.
Founded in the mid-19th Century, Uchiyama Nursery was instrumental in developing and popularising a wide range of flowers, captivating both local gardeners and floral enthusiasts around the world.
Presented in an ebonised shadow box frame with gold splash decoration.
