Object Description
Circa 1880. An exhibition quality mahogany and inlaid Sheraton style occasional table, probably by ‘Edwards and Robert’. The oval top with fine inlay including musical instruments and swags, with a fitted with a fine pierced brass gallery, the base with an oval galleried shelf. The table rests on four elegant square tapering legs with boxwood inlay in the facing, swags tails and harebells tapering down the facing, finishing with a brass collar and original brass castors beneath.
