Solitaire moonstone pendant. An oval cabochon moonstone with an approximate weight of 75.00 carats is set within an elegant claw setting to pierced openwork and backholing, with a loop to top and conical link threaded with a fine twist wirework chain approximately 19″ in length to a secure C-clasp fitting. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, French, with a 15 carat yellow gold chain, circa 1970.
