Staffordshire Creamware Neptune figure

Object Description

Staffordshire creamware figure with a mythological theme which features Neptune and a dolphin, stood on a square hollow base. (Neptune’s trident is absent). Decorated ‘in the round’ – decoration to front and reverse. Open bottomed.

Good. Any damage, wear, original manufacturing defects (kiln effects) or restoration that may be present, is minor and not detracting.
