Object Description
This super pair of cast George II silver taper sticks were made in London in 1730 by James Gould, they measure 4.75 inches tall by 2.75 inches in dia across the cut cornered square bases with the columns being octagonal and they have detachable sconces. They are fully and very clearly hallmarked under the bases and are in very good condition weighing 8.65 ounces or 269 grams.
