The drop in seats upholstered in a gold tone fabric but this can easily be changed once purchased, if necessary.
The chairs are supported on cabriole legs to the front with carved scrolling design with outswept legs to the back, all with pad feet.
This pair of armchairs are in very good condition for age with some wear to the lacquer work and evidence of old repairs, they are of stable construction and can go straight into a home – due to the generous proportions they have the appearance of a pair of period chairs.
