These tall Louis XVI style antique room dividing doors are one of various sets reclaimed from the American Embassy in Paris. This set features an off-white paint finish to one side and pink paint to the moulding on reverse.
Dating from circa 1870, these antique doors are generous in size, showcasing the grandeur and opulence of 19th century French interior design. Each door is detailed with three raised and fielded moulded panels to both sides with parts of the elaborate original hardware still present. Suitable for interior use, these tall and elegant double doors will make impressive room dividing doors in a period townhouse or large property influenced by Louis and European styling.
