Circa 1500 in very good condition.

The slightly smaller one would have come from the front of a chasuble and the longer one from the back. They are worked in couched and brick stitch with gold and silver threads with coloured silks and applied to deep red velvet.
They depict the Virgin and child holding a pomegranate and various saints.
