Object Description
An antique diamond snake / serpent ring. Set with a matching pair of old European cut natural diamond – both high white and bright – with a combined weight of approximately 0.40 carat. The diamonds are set in platinum and sit within the heads of two intertwined snakes crafted in 18k yellow gold. A fine example of classic Victorian style.

Cut – Old European cuts.
Colour – G to H.
Clarity – SI1 to SI2; both diamonds are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – Each diamond is approximately 0.40 carat.
Circa – 1900.
Size – V (UK) or 10 5/8 (US). There is a limit to how much this can be altered down, so please contact us prior to ordering if you would need this sized.
Weight – 9.00 grams.
Measurements – The ring is 19.4mm at the widest point and sits 4.75mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k yellow gold. The setting edge for the diamonds is platinum. Tested.
