Object Description
For sale is a good quality Victorian burr walnut davenport, of unusual form, having a brass galleried top, above a green baise writing surface, with a hinged fall opening to an interior fitted with three faux drawers and pigeon holes. The top is supported by finely turned and carved columns, having a hinged stationery drawer as well as a cupboard door to the right hand side opening to reveal four mahogany drawers. The davenport remains in very good condition for its age.
