Object Description
Victorian Figured Walnut Small Safe Cabinet with Safe. The cabinet in the form of a wellington chest. The top having square edge with half round moulding below. The door having 5 dummy drawer fronts with moulded frames with the original knob handles, also having Bramah brass escutcheons. The third one down real with key for large brass lock. The safe grain painted the scumble painted interior with 2 shelves. The door having brass ring handle and a lock plate engraved by maker S.Mordan London. The lock on the cabinet also stamped S.Mordan. All on plinth base.
