Object Description
Circa 1870. A mid Victorian mahogany Wellington chest of 7 drawers, the top with a moulded fore-edge, the front with seven graduating drawers with pilasters headed with carved corbels, the right hand side is hinged and lockable (with working key), all of the drawers are lined with mahogany, a sign of quality, beneath the bottom drawer there is a simple moulding and all resting on an enclosed mahogany plinth.
