Object Description
Circa 1870. A quality Victorian oak and pollard oak open bookcase. The moulded cornice with a pollard oak frieze and breakfront sections, with three adjustable shelves and pollard oak facings, in the base is a full-length drawer with knob handles, a pair of panelled cupboards with pollard oak banding, inside is a single shelf. Further mouldings beneath the door and the whole piece rests on an enclosed oak plinth.
