Object Description
A Cartier ruby and platinum dress-set, comprising a pair of cufflinks, four buttons and two studs, the buttons and cufflink heads are each set with two rows of eight calibre-cut rubies, the collar studs are set with a single row of three calibre-cut rubies, mounted in flat polished discs of platinum, signed Cartier London, numbered 2492, the cufflinks have chain fittings, the buttons have removable split rings, in its original, fitted, Cartier case, circa 1950.
