Wedgwood Fairyland Lustre Melba Cup decorated with the ‘Leapfrogging Elves’ design, on black ground to the exterior. ‘Elves on a Branch’ design, on mother of pearl ground to interior. ‘Pebble and grass’ border to the foot rim. ‘Portland Vase’ backstamp and pattern number, ‘Z4968’ to the underside.

Object Condition

Very good. Almost nil rubbing, wear and scratches. Has a good, resonant ring.
