Object Description

A Western Asiatic gold pendant featuring an electrum openwork bead with a delicate circular design. Above the bead, sits two smaller beads produced from light blue glass and carnelian. The three elements are pierced and held in place by a gold pin that has been twisted at the top. A further loop has been attached for suspension.

Date: Circa 1st Millennium -5th century BC

Object Condition

Very fine condition with some damage to the openwork along with earthly encrustation.
