Object Description
A Western Asiatic gold pendant with fine granulation. The body of the pendant displays a hollow rhombus shape with small circular elements at either end. Small granules decorate the perimeter and also form a smaller rhombus at the centre on both sides. On top of the rhombus is six bands of granulation of different sizes with an upright ring of granules above. A gold ring has been attached to the top, in antiquity, for suspension. Two gold rods have been curved to create a handle-like impression to the upper section of the pendant.
