Object Description

William Moorcroft vase, in the Pomegranate design. Pomegranate fruit and leaves feature in this pattern. Maker’s marks to the underside, printed, ‘MADE FOR LIBERTY & CO’, impressed, ‘1436’ and signed, ‘W Moorcroft’. This vase was designed for Liberty & Co, the famous London Department store.

Object Condition

Very Good. No restoration. Any damage, wear, original manufacturing defects (kiln effects), if present, is very minor and in no way detracting.
