Karen Taylor has worked with British pictures and drawings for over thirty years.

After studying history at Oxford she worked in Sotheby’s British Picture Department for ten years running auctions of Topographical Paintings and British Watercolours. In 1993 Karen moved to Spink to run the Picture department where she pursued her interest in British paintings, watercolours and drawings of all periods, and Indian, Orientalist and China Trade paintings. Karen represented Spink at major international art fairs and served on the picture vetting committee for the Grosvenor House Antique Fairs. In 1999 she established Karen Taylor Fine Art and operates by appointment from west London. She regularly exhibits at London fairs and during London Art Week.
