Originally formed in 1788 in London by the director’s fourth great grandfather Thomas Pantin, the company now deals in 18th and 19th century clocks with specialist knowledge of 18th century Chinese market clocks.

Matthew regularly travels between London and Beijing selling, auctioning and delivering talks, and has established good connections with the major Chinese auction houses, a number of universities and the Hall of Clocks in the Palace Museum.

We hold a stock of fine 18th and 19th century French clocks for our Chinese clients in both London and Beijing.
