Object Description
For sale is this Jessie King for Liberty & Co Cymric silver tray with King’s classic flower design inlayed with blue green enamel. The enamels are in excellent original condition. Marked for model 5420, a variant of this design, also marked for 5420, appears in the Liberty silver sketch book page 369. This tray is also marked with design registration number 479297. This dates King’s design of the piece to early 1906. The silver is a good gauge. Marked for William Hair Haseler, Birmingham,1906.
