Art Deco Blood Red Ruby and Diamond Three Stone Ring, Circa 1930.
18 carat yellow gold and platinum set. Either side of the central ruby this beautiful ring has two old cut claw set diamonds of .50 carat measuring a total of 1.00 carat, H colour and SI clarity. To the centre is a beautiful blood red oval cut ruby. All stones are set with double claws. The ring has a pierced out gallery, knife edge shoulders and an 18 carat yellow gold plain band shank. To the reverse the diamonds are set into open backed settings which allow the light to shine through.
This would make the perfect engagement ring and would also pair well with a wedding band and eternity ring.
