A stunning Aquamarine Diamond and Seed Pearl Drop Pendant, circa 1920’s.
This original platinum and 9 carat yellow gold Art Deco pendant is a beautiful example of this period. Featuring a square cut aquamarine, measuring approximately 1.00 carat, millegrain set within an open circular mount. Four old cut diamonds link the aquamarine at the compass points to the mount. Above, are two further old cut diamonds set to the articulated bar drops with an open gallery design. The diamonds are H/I in colour, VS clarity and millegrain set. A seed pearl is set to middle of the top knife edged bar. A further oval aquamarine, millegrain set, is at the top of the pendant, suspended from a platinum chain. This aquamarine in 9 carat yellow gold measures approximately 0.80 carat.
A beautiful pendant that could be worn on ay occasion, sold complete with the original hand made leather box which is quite rare.
