Object Description
Super Ruby and Diamond Three Stone Ring, circa 1930.
Featuring a central oval cut claw set ruby measuring approximately .80 carat which is complemented by two old brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately .30 carats to each side, G colour and VS clarity. The decorative pierced out gallery and knife edge shoulders lead to a platinum plain band shank, marked P. The head of the ring measure 13.5mm in width. To the reverse the ruby and diamonds are set into open backed settings, this allows the light to shine through.
This would make the perfect engagement ring as it sits low on the finger and would also pair well with a wedding band and eternity ring.
