Bronze vase by Kanaya Gorosaburo (1836-1890)

The vase of pear-shaped form on a flared foot with a cylindrical neck, the shoulder cast with four dragon head handles and bands of key fret and scrolls, artist’s seal on base.

Mottled brown/ green patina.

Late 19th century Meiji period.

Provenance: Claudio Perino Collection, Turin, Italy
