Pair of Regency Oil Lamp Bases by William Bullock Converted to Table Lamps

Object Description

Stylish, matched pair of Regency neoclassical bronze and ormolu oil lamp bases after a design attributed to William Bullock. Fluted columns raised upon a triform base with applied mask decoration on claw feet. Converted for electricity, supplied with black fabric cable, inline switches and UK plugs. PAT tested and ready for use.

Object Condition

Good. Repatinated, there are slight differences in colour between the two lamps. The collar under the lamp holder varies on each lamp – please see photos..
